Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new multifamily management opportunities through networking, industry relationships, and market intelligence
Develop and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and developers
Partner with senior and regional leadership to both drive and execute business development strategies and achieve growth targets
Track and manage prospects through the full business development lifecycle, from initial contact to contract execution
Prepare proposals, presentations, and pitch materials
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
Maintain a strong understanding of local and regional multifamily market trends, competitors, and opportunities
Utilize CRM tools to document activity, manage pipeline, and forecast new business
