About The Position

Nordic Investin is seeking an UX Writer and Content Designer for a partner company that is improving a digital service. The role involves designing language for user interfaces, including navigation, guidance, errors, notifications, and help content, with the goal of reducing user friction and improving comprehension, task completion, and error recovery. Design is integrated into product and service decisions from the outset, considering evidence, accessibility, and implementation constraints throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Professional UX writing, content design or digital editorial experience.
• Exceptional English writing and editing ability.
• Experience designing content within interfaces.
• Understanding of accessibility and plain language.
• Ability to manage legal and domain constraints.
• Confidence explaining content decisions to multidisciplinary teams.

Nice To Haves

• Swedish content design or localisation.
• Regulated products or public services.
• Content systems and structured content.

Responsibilities

• Create clear interface copy across complete user journeys.
• Develop content patterns, terminology and voice principles.
• Test language with users and improve it using evidence.
• Collaborate with design, product, legal and operational experts.
• Simplify complex rules without changing their meaning.
• Establish governance for content quality and localisation.
