How we LEAD: We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to design and optimize direct-to-consumer (D2C) online stores for some of the world’s leading artists and labels. You’ll help shape the way fans experience, interact and purchase from their favorite artists through beautifully crafted, high-performing e-commerce experiences. You’ll be responsible for elevating the artists’ worlds, thinking like a superfan but with razor sharp digital design skills — translating music culture, brand identity, and merchandising into seamless, emotionally engaging online stores that drive sales and fan loyalty. You’ll work closely with the wider design/motion teams to build out the ultimate fan experience and collaborate with store front developers and back end systems teams to push our sites and stores into better experience for our artist and consumers.
