Our internship program gives students a chance to meet new people, gain more experience, and learn from the best in the business! Our interns are treated like full-time Partners who work 40 hours a week during the 3-month summer program, are compensated, and based out of headquarters in Strongsville, Ohio. The UI/UX Designer Intern works as part of a product team to transform business ideas, workflows, and user needs into simple, intuitive, and tangible digital experiences. This is not a traditional website or graphic-design internship. The UI/UX Designer Intern learns how users perform their work, identifies opportunities to simplify their interactions, and helps design experiences that make complex processes easier to understand and complete. Using modern design and AI-assisted prototyping tools, interns rapidly turn ideas into highly interactive and increasingly functional prototypes. These prototypes allow users and stakeholders to experience potential solutions early rather than relying solely on static designs or documentation, dramatically shortening the time between an idea, a tangible experience, user feedback, and eventual implementation. The UI/UX Designer Intern works alongside Product Owners, AI Software Engineers, business stakeholders, and experienced Design resources to learn how effective digital products move from idea to experience to working software.
