Hybrid work environment with Tuesdays in the office You will be the strategic bridge between research and design, working closely with our UX Researcher to translate customer insights into product vision and direction. This role is critical as the company tackles two major 2026 initiatives: Menu Transformation and Membership Program Evolution . As a UX Strategist, you'll take research findings and turn them into strategic recommendations, product visions, and directional frameworks that guide the design team. You'll be answering questions like: What does a "nutrition-forward digital menu experience" even mean? How should we approach evolving the membership program beyond earn-and-burn? Your Role You'll work as a companion to the research team - they provide the data and insights, you transform that into strategic vision and direction. You'll sit with research findings and develop approaches, frameworks, and recommendations that guide product development.
