The UX Researcher - AI Enablement role contributes research to help Target understand and improve AI-enabled and agentic experiences for technical and product practitioners and other enterprise team members. This individual-contributor role focuses on scoped projects with immediate impact at the project and team level. The researcher will work with Lead and Director-level researchers, applying established qualitative and quantitative methods to well-defined questions and contributing to larger programs and pilots. With direction and guidance, the researcher will contribute to research planning, conduct straightforward studies, participate in analysis and synthesis, and communicate findings that support product and experience decisions. The role also supports responsible AI enablement within UX Research by helping test new tools, document effective workflows, and keep research knowledge organized and reusable. Collaboration with cross-functional partners across UX, Product, Technology, Data Science, Analytics, and the business is expected, alongside building craft and technical understanding.
