About The Position

Seeking a UX Researcher to support product and experience research across a family of products. In this temporary assignment, you will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to help identify user needs, evaluate concepts and experiences, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations. This is a temporary role and is not a full-time employment opportunity.

Requirements

  • Strong quantitative research skills — designing, fielding, and analyzing large/complex surveys.
  • Core UX research craft: method selection, translating findings into actionable product/design recommendations.
  • Strong stakeholder influence — ability to build relationships with and present to leadership in a horizontal, collaborative org.
  • Prior experience in similar environments.
  • 10 years experience or 5 years of experience conducting UX research or human-centered research (industry, consulting, or equivalent).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Strong sense of curiosity; receptive to feedback; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Vendor/supplier management, including giving performance feedback.
  • Mixed-method and qual depth; tracker build experience; familiarity with AI tools; consumer/messaging domain.
  • AI native.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end UX research using appropriate qualitative and/or quantitative methods (e.g., interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, concept testing).
  • Develop research plans, discussion guides, and study materials aligned to project goals.
  • Conduct analysis and synthesize findings into insights, frameworks, and recommendations.
  • Must be very comfortable with utilizing AI tools in each phase of the research workflow.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders in clear, concise deliverables (readouts, reports, and/or workshops).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners (e.g., Product, Design, Content, Data Science) to inform product direction and improve user experience.
  • Support rapid research cycles to inform iterative product development.
