We’re looking for a UX Researcher to strengthen our remote delivery teams.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience conducting User Research
Deep expertise across the full research lifecycle, proficient in both qualitative (interviews, ethnography, persona development) and quantitative methods
Proven ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights
Hands-on experience managing research logistics, including participant recruitment and scheduling interviews/tests
Experience facilitating Usability tests and interviews for software products, with familiarity with remote testing tools
Experience collaborating effectively with Agile product development teams
A University Degree in a relevant field

Nice To Haves

Master’s or PhD is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead the full research lifecycle: Design, plan, and conduct mixed-method research (Qualitative/Quantitative, Behavioural/Attitudinal) to deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and new opportunities.
Generate and act on insights: Analyze new and existing research findings, synthesize qualitative data into compelling evidence, and translate complex research into clear, actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams.
Establish and advocate for research: Define and manage the user research process (discovery, validation, prototyping) in collaboration with Product Design and Data teams.
Collaborate and coach: Work closely with Product Owners and Designers to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders, and coach team members on best research practices and user-centered design principles.
Execution support: Handle essential research logistics, including recruiting participants, scheduling tests/interviews, and supporting designers in developing research questions and hypotheses.
