Ux Researcher
About The Position
This role offers a great opportunity to define and develop the preferred experience for operators globally, integrating advanced technologies such as task autonomy and AI. The UX Researcher will work with UX researchers to identify critical experiences and scenarios, and develop and validate journey maps based on commercial and technical requirements and UX heuristics. The role also involves developing and documenting UX requirements based on journey maps and reviewing designs to ensure alignment with UX requirements. Collaboration with machine product groups, cab architects, machine system coordinators, expert operators, and UX architects and researchers across segments is expected. The position reports to the UX Engineering Fellow within the Cab Product Group for Resource Industry Machines.
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in UX or an Engineering Related Field.
- Accepts internships as job experience.
- Creating Journey Map / User Flows
- Mechanical Aptitude
- User Centric Design Foundations
Responsibilities
- Identify critical experiences and scenarios.
