About The Position

We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher to support customer and stakeholder research within the automotive retail and financial services space. This individual will conduct research with dealership personnel, customers, business development managers, and sales teams to uncover opportunities for improving products, services, and user experiences related to lending and financial offerings. This role is heavily focused on qualitative research, while still leveraging quantitative data and analytics to support recommendations.

Requirements

5+ years of experience as a UX Researcher
Experience with a research mix of approximately 70% qualitative and 30% quantitative methods
Proficiency with Figma
Experience working with analytics and behavior-tracking tools
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making through research
