About the team and the role: Human-centered insights and a deep understanding of people and cultures are critical to how we do our best work. Our team of UX Researchers are a critical part of eBay’s Design organization, where we discover, interpret, and communicate insights and opportunities in an inspiring way. UX research is embedded in all phases of product development at eBay, influencing product and business strategy. We are looking for a driven UX Researcher III to come into our Toronto office two days/week, with a potential for this to grow to three days/week in the future. Our team’s goal is to provide insights that unlock significant customer and business value by transforming services and experiences. The ideal candidate for this team is a strategic thinker, great storyteller, and loves working with peers and leaders to uncover insights and drive sophisticated solutions to tough problems.
