The UX Project Manager, Education will help the Division of Education improve how surgeons, learners, members, and internal stakeholders access and engage with digital education experiences across ACS platforms. This role is responsible for bringing structure to complex and sometimes ambiguous digital experience needs. The individual will work consultatively with Division of Education teams, IT, Integrated Communications, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, map current-state experiences, define requirements, identify friction points, and guide cross-functional work from discovery through implementation. This is not primarily a content publishing, instructional design, visual design, or platform administration role. The successful candidate will combine UX-informed thinking, project management discipline, stakeholder facilitation, and strong requirements definition to help teams create clearer, more usable, and more integrated digital experiences. This exempt position will report to the Senior Manager, Digital Integration and Transformation in the Division of Education. It is based in the ACS Chicago office and is a hybrid role: 3 days per week in the office / 2 days per week remote.
