About The Position

Translucent is seeking a UX Product Designer to shape the core user experience of its AI financial platform for healthcare organizations. This is a founding design role with ownership of how complex financial and operational workflows become intuitive, conversational, and insight-driven through AI. The work combines product thinking, interaction design, systems design, and visual refinement. The designer will partner with customers, product, and engineering to develop solutions that simplify healthcare decision-making. The role is suited to someone who wants ownership in a fast-paced environment and is excited to build AI-native products from 0 to 1. Translucent describes its product as a healthcare AI financial analyst that helps providers make faster, smarter, and more confident decisions without relying on dashboards or waiting on analyst teams. The company says its team combines healthcare expertise and technical excellence and is backed by top-tier investors.
