About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled UX/Product Designer with extensive experience in UX design, prototyping, visual design, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will also have a strong background in product design, including contributions to product roadmaps. This role requires a deep understanding of the FinTech or financial services sector and the ability to translate complex concepts into accessible, visually compelling designs. You will be responsible for connecting the dots across the entire customer journey, setting strategic goals, and driving impactful results. A key aspect of this role involves handling data visualization within the product strategy, determining essential data, metrics, and their significance, and creating visualizations that align with product goals such as KPIs, user adoption, and financial reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience.
• Strong skills in prototyping, visual design, and data visualization.
• Product design support experience.
• 5+ years of product design experience.
• Experience contributing to product roadmap.
• 2+ years in the FinTech, Financial services sector.
• Proficiency with Figma, Axure, and Adobe CS.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Portfolio Required: Show us your best work showcasing end-to-end UX projects.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS is a plus.
