About The Position

As Design Manager you will lead, coach and support a team of product designers delivering critical user experiences for Visa’s Decision Manager ecosystem — a complex, data‑rich fraud and risk management application used by enterprise customers globally. You will remain hands‑on in design, while also taking responsibility for leading projects, design quality, and delivery outcomes.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
• 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
• Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years UI-UX experience
• Strong senior product design experience in enterprise environments.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or managing designers.
• Extensive experience designing web‑based platforms.
• Strong proficiency with design tools.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree + UI-UX experience.

Nice To Haves

• Advanced UX degree.
• Fraud, risk, analytics domain experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end design quality across multiple workstreams.
• Evolve and maintain a cohesive UX strategy.
• Guide teams through discovery, prototyping, validation and delivery.
• Translate ML outputs and risk signals into usable experiences.
• Mentor designers.
• Facilitate design critiques.
• Partner with product, engineering and data teams.
