About The Position

We are seeking a UX Lead Designer with 7+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or equivalent, specifically designing complex digital products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating systems thinking, interaction design, product judgment, and the ability to simplify complex workflows. Experience in designing for enterprise SaaS, collaboration tools, communications platforms, admin tooling, or similar complex product ecosystems is highly valued. This role requires strong product intuition, the ability to synthesize user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into clear design direction, and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and guiding teams in product decision-making. Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, design systems, accessibility (including WCAG and inclusive design principles), and modern product design practices is essential. The role also demands comfort with ambiguity, technical complexity, fast-paced priorities, and strong collaborative skills with product management, engineering, research, and design partners.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design, UX design, or equivalent experience designing complex digital products.

• Strong command of Figma, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and modern product design practices.

• Comfort working with ambiguity, technical complexity, and fast-moving product priorities.
• Strong collaboration skills with product management, engineering, research, and design partners.
