Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, UX Design, or related field
  • 3–5 years of UX experience
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, creative production, or related creative roles
  • Strong portfolio showcasing print, digital, and UX/UI work
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and modern design tools
  • Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems and templates
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Video production or motion graphics experience is a plus
  • Exceptional brand judgment and attention to detail
  • Strategic and hands-on, equally comfortable concepting and executing

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce high-quality creative assets across print, digital, email, and sales enablement materials
  • Build and maintain scalable design systems, templates, and brand libraries
  • Create visually engaging collateral, campaigns, presentations, direct mail, and marketing materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer and team member touchpoints
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operational teams to bring campaigns and initiatives to life
  • Support and participate in photoshoots and video production projects
  • Translate ideas and strategy into polished, user-centered visual experiences
  • Execute projects independently from concept through final production with minimal oversight
  • Contribute to the evolution of the Lifespace brand aesthetic and visual storytelling approach
