About The Position

FuntoNetwork is seeking a UX / Front-End Maintenance Developer for an active RFP opportunity with Region 4 ESC. This role involves supporting application maintenance, DevOps, QA, program support, and dedicated support team services for The Texas Education Exchange. The core responsibilities include supporting UX improvements, front-end maintenance, accessibility, usability review, interface fixes, and user-facing enhancements for the platform. The developer will also be responsible for reviewing RFP scope and requirements, coordinating with FuntoNetwork and other consultants for proposal responses, preparing documentation and technical inputs, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting quality control and submission readiness.

Requirements

• Relevant experience for this RFP-based role.
• Strong written communication, documentation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work against proposal deadlines and client requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow structured submission requirements.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting public-sector, enterprise, or consulting projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support UX improvements, front-end maintenance, accessibility, usability review, interface fixes, and user-facing enhancements for the platform.
• Review the RFP scope, source posting, supporting documents, deadline, and client requirements.
• Coordinate with FuntoNetwork and related consultants to support a complete, professional response.
• Prepare documentation, analysis, recommendations, deliverables, or technical inputs related to this role.
• Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders as needed.
• Support quality control, status updates, and final submission readiness.
