About The Position
CTG is seeking to fill a UX Designer position for our client. This is a remote role with a duration of 4 months. The primary duties involve creating and refining product UI content and UX writing in partnership with design and research teams. The role also includes developing content strategy and AI content strategies to improve model outputs, applying content judgment to create and curate golden data and system instructions, and developing Help Center and standalone documentation as needed. The goal is to ensure clear, consistent, user-focused content across digital experiences.

- Experience developing content strategies for AI/LLM products or experiences preferred.
- Experience creating Help Center or technical documentation is a plus.
