About The Position

Joining the Property & Casualty (P&C) Design team, you will lead UX execution for "All Things Dwelling"—specifically focusing on Homeowners and Renters insurance products. This role requires a designer who can tackle complex enterprise UI/UX problems, navigating both modernization initiatives and legacy maintenance.

Requirements

• 8+ Years of experience (Enterprise-level experience required)
• Figma Expert (Must demonstrate advanced hands-on experience with Local Libraries, Variables, and Auto Layouts)
• Proven experience working within and contributing to robust, large-scale design systems.
• Clean, organized "method to the madness" portfolio (personal portfolio website highly preferred).
• Experience working alongside research initiatives and synthesizing findings into design solutions.
• Strong Communication: Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and persuasively.
• Positive Attitude: A collaborative, adaptable, and proactive personality is critical for success in this specific group.
