Odd Bunch is building a world-class global brand around rescuing good food. We are hiring a UX Designer to own the experience layer across our web and apps - turning research and strategy into flows that convert and retain, as one of three designers in a tight, fast-moving pod. You will decide how the experience works and validate it with users; our UI Designer makes it beautiful and reusable; the Product Designer optimizes it once it ships. Product Strategy is hands-on throughout. How The Design POD Works Together The pod runs as a clear loop, from customer signal to shipped experience and back: It starts with the problem. Customer feedback and analytics surface where the site is underperforming and what we need to test next, for example a rework of the menu page. The Product Designer sets the direction. Working with the team, they decide what we are solving for and the approach to take. UX Designer (this role) creates the architecture and builds it. You turn that direction into information architecture, user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, validate them with users, then build the components the code calls and recalibrate them ahead of implementation. UI Designer finishes the design. They apply the visual layer, bring everything in line with brand guidelines, deliver the final designs, and feed the tokenized Figma design system and component library. The Product Designer owns the live growth loop. Once it is live, they run experimentation, campaigns, and the analytics that surface the next problem, and the loop repeats. Product Strategy supplies research, priorities, and commercial direction.
