You’ll design meaningful innovations to improve 2.0 billion people's lives. You'll do this by shaping both the customer and the patient experience, translating needs into intuitive, high-impact designs. You won't just design — you'll build. Using AI tools, you'll rapidly bring concepts to life, validating ideas in working prototypes. This is about creating a new way of delivering high quality design. Partnering closely with global cross-functional teams, you’ll design and ship digital propositions that are innovative, safe, scalable and meaningful. As a User Experience Designer within the Sleep & Respiratory Care Experience Design team, you have the exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping products that will improve the way people sleep, breath, and live. Envision and deliver solutions that align with our business goals while providing safe, intuitive, and delightful user experiences. Conduct and lead analysis of user needs. Create frameworks and interaction concepts across domains. Define role of product within a broader ecosystem. Establish design principles, experience requirements, and guide teams with clarity and accuracy. Work with a cross-functional product development teams, working closely with Marketing to define and verify the experience with customers and patients. Work closely with R&D and developers to ensure the experiences are technically feasible and implemented effectively. Bring key design competencies to the cross-functional team including workflow assessments, design sprint facilitation, concept development, and creation of a consistent brand experience for our customers via use of the Philips Design language.
