About The Position

Blend360 is seeking a Lead Analyst, Product Designer to lead the product vision and design of AI enabled platforms for one of our leading healthcare clients. This role involves bridging business goals and user-centered design into intelligent digital products that drive measurable value. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a hands-on contributor and strategic thinker, bringing intuitive, intelligent, and high-impact digital and AI-driven experiences to life. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across product, data science, and engineering to design solutions that align user needs with business outcomes. This is a key role for someone who thrives in hybrid consulting and product development environments, values craftsmanship and systems thinking, and wants to push the boundaries of AI-first, human-centered design.

Requirements

5–8 years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing intuitive and impactful interfaces for web or mobile applications.
Proficiency in modern design tools (e.g., Figma) and design systems.
Strong grounding in UX principles, Design thinking, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
A collaborative mindset and ability to communicate design decisions clearly.
Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and a passion for continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

AI prototyping experience is a plus.
Experience working with or alongside data products, AI/ML models, or analytics dashboards is a plus.
Consulting or agency experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end design—from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and dev-ready assets—for data-driven digital products, services, and platforms.
Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers in agile teams to bring clarity and creativity to complex technical challenges.
Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into elegant and accessible interfaces.
Harness AI tools to accelerate design iterations, explore solutions at scale, and architect user experiences.
Maintain high standards for visual design, interaction design, and usability. Contribute to and help evolve our design systems and standards.
Participate in client-facing sessions—presenting your work, incorporating feedback, and advocating for the user throughout the design process.
