About The Position

The position is listed under Behavioral Health – Adult Female Unit at Prime Healthcare Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. It is an onsite, full-time, day-shift role scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The role reports to the department Director and provides analytic support across a wide variety of data domains and business needs. The Analyst leads multiple concurrent projects and supports data-driven strategic initiatives and decisions. The position analyzes complex business problems using internal and external data, identifies trends and patterns, and develops forecasts, recommendations, and strategic or tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. The Analyst also creates report and analysis specifications, collaborates with clients to tailor analyses or reports, and may present and interpret results in management reviews, summarize conclusions, and recommend a course of action. The posted hourly compensation range is $30.00 to $43.45. The exact starting compensation is determined during applicant selection based on factors including skills, applicable experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Experience in analysis, interpretation, and reporting of data sets.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to make recommendations to management through presentations or written reports.
Experience using varied statistical methods.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing revenue-generating projects.
Strong planning and organization, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and recommend solutions.
