Utilization Management Nurse, PRN, Downtown
About The Position

As a PRN Utilization Management Nurse, you will be responsible for the concurrent monitoring of patient record documentation to verify the need for hospitalization, the appropriate utilization of resources, and assist with documentation improvement. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the UR Plan is carried out in accordance with all QIO/PRO mandates and government regulations, provide utilization information to commercial carriers per contractual arrangement, and assist with discharge planning and case management activities. This is a PRN role with flexible scheduling opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 Years - Case Management - Required
- Associates Degree - Required
Responsibilities
