About The Position

The Catholic Health Home Care Utilization Coordinator is responsible for providing accurate and timely authorization for services. Assuring that the appropriate number of visits recorded and obtains needed documentation from clinical staff to support visit needs. May assist with insurance authorization. Responsible to maintain relationships with Care Managers from the insurance companies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years in a CHHA, LTHHCP, LHCSA or managed care organization preferred
  • Knowledgeable regarding Federal and State regulations as they apply to a CHHA

  • Assisting with insurance authorization.
