About The Position

The Utility position involves working efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment, performing a variety of production, warehouse, and custodial tasks. This role requires the ability to lift and move significant weight repeatedly, work in cold environments, and contribute to operational goals through various assigned duties. The position may also involve occasional leadership on special projects.

Requirements

Ability to lift and move up to 75 pounds.
Basic proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
Willingness and ability to complete a basic math skills assessment.
Willingness and ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Proficient in basic English and math.
Able to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
Comfortable working in cold environments for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

Stack floor-loaded containers.
Space and de-space pallets.
Repack boxes as needed.
Lift and move 45–75 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Secure products with stretch wrap and apply correct labels.
Record material details such as weight, count, and condition using an RF system.
Conduct inventory counts and updates as required.
Label, sort, stack, tie, and repack products according to operational needs.
Sweep, mop, wash, and remove trash to maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area at all times.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety gear, including company-provided cold-weather PPE.
Assist with inventory or utility tasks as assigned.
Perform additional duties as necessary to support operational goals.
May occasionally lead special projects under guidance from frontline supervision.
