About The Position

The Utility employee works in a production environment, following safety procedures and quality processes while meeting targeted build rates. The role supports accurate, specification-compliant production, high productivity, on-time customer delivery, plant housekeeping standards, and teamwork across the facility. Day-to-day work may include assembling, stacking, wrapping, stapling, gluing, stickering, and taping boxes.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Ability to work safely while adhering to all safety processes and policies.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Organization and attention to detail.
