About The Position
The Utility Worker helps keep Terzo Enterprises’ buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. The role assists maintenance and custodial staff with facility upkeep tasks as directed. Work is described as indoor and steady year-round. The position is available for first or second shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain outdoor areas.
- Assist with special projects as directed.
- Clean the building and keep it maintained and in good condition.
- Collect and dispose of trash.
- Perform other duties as required.
