About The Position

Shillington Box Co., a TRG company and affiliate of Schwarz Partners, currently has exciting opportunities available for Utility Workers at our St Louis, MO facility! As an Utility Worker, you will assist operators on the Flexo Folder Gluers, Die Cutting Machines, Baler, etc. The Royal Group’s mission is to provide value-added solutions to the most demanding customers. Requirements

• High school Diploma or GED
• Detail-oriented, organized and dependable with time management skills
• Successful track record in safety, attendance, and quality
• Ability to perform basic computer operations
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Ability to read and understand instructions
• The willingness to function effectively in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for being an active part of a safety-first work environment
• Must pass pre-employment testing (background check, drug screen, and physical abilities test)

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of manufacturing Corrugated experience preferred not required

Responsibilities

• Assist operators on the Flexo Folder Gluers
• Assist operators on the Die Cutting Machines
• Assist operators on the Baler
