Requirements

• Prior experience in janitorial or maintenance work preferred
• Floor Shampooing and Carpet Care
• Stripping and Waxing
• Buffing and Burnishing
• Deep Tile and Grout Cleaning
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment

Responsibilities

• Assist with general cleaning and maintenance tasks across various client sites
• Handle waste disposal, recycling, and restocking supplies as needed
• Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and pressure washers
• Support janitorial staff with tasks requiring additional manpower
• Ensure all work areas are maintained in a safe and organized manner
• Follow safety protocols and proper handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
