This is a HOURLY PRODUCTION position for a Utility Worker. The role requires the ability to operate various measuring devices, use a computer for lot tracing, and function effectively in a fast-paced environment. The position demands basic computer knowledge, the ability to read and interpret Product Criteria (PC) and Activity Instructions (AI), and the capacity to work as a team member under general supervision. Maintaining expected quality levels and complying with all site policies (EHS, Quality, Code of Conduct, Employee Guidebook) are crucial. Overtime may be required. A full-time Utility Worker must be proficient in at least 3 of the following areas: Dewaxing Molds, Cutting Alloy, Material Cutter, Mold Wrappers, Oven Pushers, and Chamber Loaders.
