About The Position

We are hiring 10 Utility Workers through a scheduled hiring event at our Akron facility. This is a small, invite-only event. Qualified candidates will be selected and scheduled for a specific interview time slot. Selected candidates will receive confirmed interview times, event details, and instructions. Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be available to work both the second and third shift, including overtime and weekends as needed
• Must have a good attendance record
• Must be available to attend the hiring event on June 18, 2026
• Ability to share ideas with others to solve problems of essential importance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Thrive in a cross-functional team environment.
• Work with a sense of urgency to reduce downtime of machines.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requests simultaneously.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a packaging or manufacturing environment
• Experience operating forklift or other types of heavy machinery
• Demonstrated longevity of at least eight months in previous employment

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Support production and maintenance operations.
• Move materials and assist with general labor tasks.
• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.
• May be required to stack parts up to 50 lbs for a period of up to 12 hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
