About The Position
Terzo is a logistics company focused on the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets. The Utility Worker is responsible for keeping the buildings, grounds, and equipment clean, orderly, properly maintained, safe, and secure. This role assists maintenance and custodial staff as directed in performing tasks in the upkeep of facilities.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains outdoor areas.
- Assists with special projects as directed.
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Collects and disposes of trash.
- Performs other duties as required.
