About The Position

The Utility Worker, part of the Stewarding team, supports the Food & Beverage department by maintaining clean, organized kitchen and dining areas and ensuring equipment is ready for use. The role involves dish-station setup, cleaning and sanitizing dishes, cookware, and equipment, and setting up and breaking down banquet events. The successful candidate is energetic, team-oriented, able to work independently, and willing to support an efficient, high-quality kitchen. Experience is preferred, but training is provided.

Requirements

Willingness to work in a team atmosphere.
Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds.
Ability to work in a professional kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
Participate in event setup and breakdown.
Set up the dish station for safe and proper operation and inform a supervisor of problems.
Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining room dishes and cookware.
Clean and sanitize Food & Beverage and kitchen equipment.
Set up banquet tables, chairs, and event equipment.
Perform tasks requested by the culinary leadership team.
Perform other tasks assigned by the Executive Chef or F&B Director to support an efficient, high-quality kitchen.
