About The Position
Terzo Enterprises is a logistics company specializing in the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacturing of pallets. This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, orderliness, safety, and security of buildings, grounds, and equipment, while also assisting maintenance and custodial staff.
Requirements
- Must be 18+ years old
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
Responsibilities
- Cleans and maintains outdoor areas.
- Assists with special projects as directed.
- General cleaning of the building and keeping it maintained and in good condition.
- Collects and disposes of trash.
- Performs other duties as required.
