About The Position

We are seeking enthusiastic Utility workers to play a vital role in our production and warehouse operations. This is a Long-Term Temporary position with no set end date. If you’re someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives in a collaborative environment and is eager to grow with a dynamic company, this role is perfect for you! Starting at $20/ hour with a $1.00/ hour or $2.00/ hour Shift Premium for evening and overnight shifts!

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to observe, follow, understand, and evaluate workplace procedures.
• Proven capability to meet safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work independently with proficiency in English, ensuring effective training and communication; prior manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manually load, pack, sort, and transport materials and products.
• Hand-stack finished goods and organize boxes into patterns.
• Set up and change film rolls on automated packaging machinery.
• Palletize product cartons for disposal and staging.
• Clean production equipment, work areas, and trenches.
• Collect and dispose of scrap, dust, and debris; perform general cleaning and recycling tasks.
