The position is responsible for conducting pest control services for residential and business customers, including inspections to identify pest activity sources, performing exterior sealing on properties to prevent rodent and wildlife entry, and conducting Wood Destroying Organism Inspections. Additionally, the Utility Technician will perform treatments for termites, fungus, and beetles, and install/maintain termite control systems. The role also includes light construction and repair tasks, such as working on patios, doors, eaves, walls, and floors, and assisting with wood damage replacement. Continuous learning is emphasized, requiring the technician to become knowledgeable about Active Pest Control products and services, stay updated on industry trends and regulations, and participate in provided training. Obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses and certificates, funded by the company, is also a requirement.
