About The Position

At The Budd Group, we don’t just clean buildings; we curate environments where people thrive! As our Janitor / Utility Technician, you will be a vital part of our Century Place team. In this Utility Tech role, you’ll handle advanced floor care using specialized technology like iMops and iScrubs. Duties include: General cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows and bathrooms, emptying trash, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed. Will be operating floor scrubbing machines. Must have a role-playing attitude.

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repetitively.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• Willingness to learn new equipment and follow safety protocols.
• A commitment to excellence and facility safety.
• 1-3 years of experience.
