The Utility Technician I is responsible for performing various general labor activities that provide assistance at the jobsite. This role involves repairs and maintenance of water, wastewater, and drainage facilities, making scheduled inspections, and performing lawn and gardening maintenance and repair. The technician will also be responsible for shoveling dirt and gravel, maintaining inventory of parts and maintenance supplies, and cleaning office spaces. The position requires a willingness to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and to be on call for 24-hour emergencies.
