About The Position
Bring your energy to Aggreko as Utility Technician based in Toronto, ON You’ll be preparing, managing, and maintaining the company’s fleet of temporary power, HVAC, and electrical distribution equipment, Power without pause. Heating, cooling and oil-free air without end. We keep our customers’ worlds on. From world-class events that last a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities who rely on us for decades.
Requirements
- High School diploma/GED or equivalent
- 0-3 years of experience working in a yard or warehouse.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Embraces and promotes safety culture
- Positive, self-starter who enjoys working with others in a fast-paced environment to deliver consistent quality
- Reliable and committed to delivering quality performance
- Able to work overtime, travel and on call
- Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 75lbs.
Responsibilities
- Based out of our Toronto, ON service center
- Load and unload rental equipment and materials with large and small forklifts
- Prepare and verify quality/accuracy of counts of rental equipment prior to delivery
- Clean and put away rental equipment upon return to service center
- Keep the yard and warehouse clean, organized and up to safety standards
- Wash rental equipment
- Inspect and repair cable
