About The Position

PRADCO Outdoor Brands (PRADCO) manufactures and markets major hunting and fishing brands and products, being a leader in producing game calls, scents, attractants, game feeders, game cameras, tree stands and fishing lures. PRADCO Hunting owns brands such as Moultrie, Summit, Knight & Hale, Code Blue, Texas Hunter Products and Whitetail Institute. PRADCO Fishing owns more than 20 brands including Bobby Garland, Booyah, Heddon, Lindy, Rebel, Thill, and YUM. This Utility Technician position involves working with various types of machinery to mix material, change molds, and perform setups to ensure quality product is being manufactured for customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
6 months experience in plastics or molding manufacturing.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers and fractions.
Must be a team player and work well with others.

Responsibilities

Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved.
Loads and unloads materials as assigned.
Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, bales, or other containers.
Lifts heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and cleans work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators.
Operates industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products.
Must follow safety protocols to include wearing proper PPE at all times in designated area.
Responsible for maintaining a clean working environment.
Perform other job duties as assigned.
