About The Position

The Utility Technician Mill position involves general plant labor and clean-up of production areas. This role requires observing, monitoring, and reporting any conditions that could lead to product nonconformity or other irregularities. The technician will be trained in various entry-level production positions and will fill in as needed during vacations, absences, and periods of increased production demands. Responsibilities include operating small equipment, replacing or assisting other workers as needed or directed, and performing other duties assigned by management.
