About The Position
As an Industrial Cleaner on our team, you keep our manufacturing plant safe, clean, and operating smoothly every day! Your daily responsibilities as a Custodian will include: Operating a forklift and/or tugger to empty hoppers and maintain the pallet yard. Containing and cleaning up spills, plus sweeping and scrubbing plant aisles. Monitoring recycle trailer drop-offs/pick-ups and cleaning around the waste pre-crusher and cardboard compactor. Serving as a dedicated Janitor by clearing debris from storm drains, pallet yards, fence lines, and cleaning conveyor and trim pits.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of janitorial, utility, or industrial facility experience.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively throughout your shift.
- Reliable work ethic and willingness to operate power equipment safely.
