About The Position

Creative Dining is hiring immediately for a full-time Utility Supervisor. This is a working supervisor position that includes hands-on cleaning responsibilities along with staff supervision. The Utility Supervisor oversees and participates in the cleaning, sanitation, and maintenance of food service and facility areas to ensure a safe and high-quality environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of supervisory or utility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and supervise utility team members.
• Participate in hiring, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
• Provide instruction and leadership while keeping management informed of operations.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, coolers, work tables, and restrooms.
• Clean dish room and ensure all kitchen equipment and wares are sanitized and safe for use.
• Organize janitor’s closet and maintain cleanliness of employee entrances, loading docks, and landscaping areas.
• Monitor and refill cleaning supply stations.
• Ensure trash is regularly emptied and receptacles are clean.
• Keep receiving and dock areas clean and organized.
• Notify management of faulty equipment and assist in tracking maintenance and cleaning logs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
