About The Position

The Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport is a AAA Four Diamond destination located in the heart of the bustling Seaport District. The property boasts 1,054 beautifully appointed guest rooms (including 52 suites), seven unique dining experiences, a scenic rooftop pool, the luxury Breve Spa, and over 100,000 square feet of state-of-the-art event space. As a Utility Cleaner PM, the role is to ensure that assigned housekeeping areas are kept clean and fully always stocked. This role also services assigned public areas and Associate areas to meet the expectations of the Omni Standards.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Prior housekeeping experience required or other relevant environmental services experience
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English with guests, management, and co-workers.
• Must have the ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed during busy times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Responds to all guest requests appropriately.
• Cleans and stocks linen room / supply closets to appropriate par level.
• Keeps corridors on guest room floors clean and well maintained, helping move tables and trays.
• Cleans all furniture, lamps, picture frames and mirrors are clean daily.
• To provide full servicing of guest rooms upon request.
• Replaces any light bulbs in lighting fixtures as needed.
• Responsible for restocking caddies and refilling chemical bottles for Guest Room Attendants.
• Respond swiftly and effectively in any emergency or safety situations. Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury or accident.
• Attend all required department trainings and meetings.
• Perform any other duties required by management.
