The Stewarding team is responsible for maintaining a clean “heart of house” and kitchen environment. Our stewards also ensure a safe workspace, adhering to health and safety standards. Working closely with the Food & Beverage department—including the kitchen and banquet teams—as well as other heart-of-house teams, the Stewarding team plays a vital role in supporting smooth and efficient operations. The team embodies all Four Seasons cultural values while maintaining established standards, with professionalism expected at all times. This role reports to the Executive Steward and is overseen by the Hotel’s Executive Chef.
