About The Position

Utility Staff at the Whitewater Center are responsible for providing friendly and responsive service to all guests at Whitewater. Utility Staff greet guests, assist servers, and maintain a positive dining experience. The Utility Staff is an on-site, part-time, hourly position that reports directly to the Front of House Managers.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills are a must.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and during Whitewater events as needed.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years’ experience in a fast paced, casual dining restaurant.

Responsibilities

Ability to provide a warm/outgoing greeting to guests as they enter the restaurant, manage waitlist and assign and seat guests accordingly.
Communicate with other staff to ensure efficient seating, table utilization, and customer service.
Maintain a tidy, clean, and organized restaurant environment.
Assist servers with setting tables, food delivery, and clearing tables.
Perform assigned side work tasks and efficiently make use of downtime.
Maintain accurate knowledge of operating hours, activities, and products offered outside of Food and Beverage department.
Other duties as assigned.
