About The Position
We are continuing to grow and are currently hiring for multiple full-time positions offering consistent 40–45 hour workweeks, no Saturday schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package. Employees receive free access to our onsite healthcare clinic beginning on day one for themselves, their spouses, and children. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of furniture sewing experience
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to deliver uncompromising quality and detailed craftsmanship
- Must be flexible to work overtime when required
- Able to work independently
- Must be able to lift, handle, and carry 25+ lbs.
Nice To Haves
- LEAN Manufacturing experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Must have sewing skills to sew various types of sewing styles including Topstitch, French Seam, Zig-zag, Cable Stitch, Surge, repairs of inside & outside upholstery parts & pieces according to production specifications
- Work with complex fabric
- Comprehend tickets and specifications to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- All other duties as assigned
