About The Position

Packer Fastener is seeking a driven, energetic team player for our sales team. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in both inside and outside sales, focusing on building strong relationships with current and future customers. The position involves supporting Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) accounts and assisting with various branch sales activities, providing opportunities to learn, grow, and discover your niche within sales.

Requirements

• 1(+) year(s) sales experience preferred.
• Knowledge of product line and pricing.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reasoning ability to solve practical problems.
• Time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• A well-organized team player who can relate to employees in all departments of organization.
• Proficient in common computer software including MS Office and database software.
• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Eligibility for coverage under the company’s auto insurance (per Driver Safety Policy).
